The Parish Nurse Program

At Trinity Fellowship, our Parish Nurse Ministry works under the leadership of our Elder Board to integrate faith and healing in the life of the church body by emphasizing disease prevention, wholeness and wellness. A parish nurse acts as a counselor, educator, advocate and liaison. Times of change, transition, illness and crisis for an individual member may elicit the help of a parish nurse along with a pastoral care team.

What We Do...

• Monthly blood pressure screenings
• Visiting Ministries for the elderly and shut-ins
• Coordinating transportation to and from medical appointments
• Providing help with minor activities of daily living and foot care
• Red Cross Blood Drives
